THE BASELINE

THE BASELINE *

1.  Who are we - we are committed to the expressed human potential of leadership of teams and of the individual.

2.  How do we express the potential - we offer immersive off-site events where we pair you and your team up with experienced SOF operators in Chaotic environments and help you always solve for simple human solutions

3.  Where do we offer the off-sites - in exclusive locations that isolate you and your team from the noise of the world so we can produce situations that showcase the human solution we at baseline know will improve your dynamics

4.  Requirements - let us be clear these immersive experiences are not physically demanding as you would think from a SOF offering.  We have found little value to teach teamwork and leadership by putting clients thru physically and emotionally rigorous events.  You need only be committed to being exposed to the chaotic challenges of leadership and team work and be available to being coached to always seek the human solution
